Remuneration Package:Competitive package + performance bonus and overseas training
Primary Responsibilities:
1. Establish and maintain relationships with recruitment partners, i.e., agents, institutions, government agencies, to support the shared international activities goals of the university and TNE Global.
2. Develop and implement an annual operational budget and plan.
3. Work with teams both in China and the US to strengthen the University’s profile in China including implementation of all online & offline activities.
4. Develop marketing content for website, publicities, and all related social media initiatives and maintenances.
5. Perform market research and analysis and obtain valuable insights into customer, as well as international higher education.
6. Support Chinese applicants through their journey of application, admissions, arrival, and other work-related items.

Selection Considerations:
Qualifications and Experience:
• A tertiary degree and postgraduate qualification with extensive relevant experience; or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training.
• Experience coordinating operational workloads in a higher educational environment across a broad and complex range of activities.
• Extensive experience in tertiary education marketing, particularly the management of agent networks and partnership programs.
• Demonstrated experience in working collaboratively as part of a team and wider strategies.
• Fluency in spoken and written English and Chinese. Experience of study/living in the U.S. is a bonus.

2. Develop and implement annual operational budget and plan.
3. Work with teams in other locations, i.e., China, Australia, U.S., to strengthen institutional clients' in Vietnam, including implementation of all online & offline promotional activities.
4. Develop marketing content for website, publicities, and all related social media initiatives and maintenances.
5. Perform market research and analysis and obtain valuable insights into customer, as well as international higher education.
6. Support Chinese applicants through their journey of application, admissions, arrival, and other work-related items.
